Chapter Two

The Four Simple Steps

“ My God!  I took the Power Barley and the Omega 3 this morning and it is as if thousands of pounds of weight were just lifted from my body.  I feel bright, energetic but not hyper.  This is truly amazing.  I read the testimonials on your website, and thought maybe for other people this works, but I have tried supplements before. Your wording of well-being now makes sense.  I can say for the first time ever I know what it feels like to have the feeling of well-being.  It is Christmas morning where I am and I can’t thank you enough for the unexpected present.”

Step One

Do Not Stop Your Medications

·         Do not “self medicate” (taking it upon yourself to adjust the medication dosage without your prescribing physician being aware of what you are doing).

·         Do not think that somehow you are “different,” in relationship to your medications, and can cut your medications by 50%, or drop two meds at one time, skip days of the medication, etc.

·         Keep it simple; follow the program.

·         If you are doing well, and seeing results, do not change anything.  Just stay on the program.

·         Remember that The Road Back Program is a systematic process.

Step Two

Find Out What You Will Need for the Program

·         Go to Chapter Three or www.theroadback.org, which lists all the supplements that you will need for this program.

·         Print this list off your computer, or write it down and review the ingredients contained in the “super foods” you will be taking.

Step Three

Get a Complete Physical

·         Schedule a complete physical with your doctor.

·         Take this book with you and review the program with your doctor.

·         Have your physician rule out any physical illness or disease.

Step Four

Purchase Your Super Food supplements and Get Started

·         Call TRB Health offices 1 + (866) 810-3809, or www.trbhealth.com, and  purchase the  products  that you  will need for your program. Check with TRB Health for a store near you that carries all products needed for the full taper program.

·     Start taking your supplements as outlined in the guidelines that pertain to your personal Scenario.
