Insomnia

If you are new to this Web Site, we are The Road Back. The Road Back is a program used by physicians, psychiatrists and allied health care providers to assist individuals off addictive medications.  The most common side effects from withdrawal are anxiety, panic and insomnia.

If you are currently taking a benzodiazepine (anti-anxiety medication), sleep medication or an antidepressant prescribed for insomnia have a few options.

If you have not started any of these three types of medication, you also have a few options to choose from.

We are mentioning anxiety and panic as well as insomnia on this page for a reason. Your insomnia may be increased with anxiety and in time anxiety or panic will lead to insomnia. These symptoms tend to run together.

Let’s start with what to do if you are already taking a benzodiazepine, sleep medication or antidepressant.

Look to the left side of this page and locate the Chapters (links to each chapter of How to Get Off Psychiatric Drugs Safely) and ideally begin at chapter number 1 and read through the material. This will detail how you can not only get off the benzodiazepine, sleep medication or antidepressant but have it be relatively side effect free and get some sleep in the process.

If You Are Not Taking Sleep medication, Anti-anxiety Medication or an Antidepressant for the Insomnia, this section is for you.

First, if The Road Back can help people with drug induced insomnia, anxiety or panic, what do you think we will be able to do for you if you are not on a medication? The answer is simple; we can handle it quickly and effectively.

There might have been a life event that caused the initial insomnia but what happens within the body after the fact is what not only keeps the insomnia going but tends to strengthen the effect as time passes.

We are not going to get into the science here. If you wish to read the Science Behind The Road Back program, click here. However, we must warn you to have a medical dictionary handy.

Specific nutritional supplements have been developed with our guidance that not only give fast relief from insomnia, anxiety and panic but rebuild the body in the process. There are a few we will recommend if you also have anxiety and or panic during the daytime.

Insomnia Solution

A supplement called Body Calm Supreme is the strongest of the 2 supplements you might use. About one half hour before bedtime take 1 Body Calm Supreme. There are 120 capsules in each bottle and there is no need to take more than 1 capsule each night. This will give you a 120 day supply.

Most inpatients and outpatients in a drug rehab falter due to insomnia. As you well know when you can’t sleep at night it does not take long for the daytime to be off as well. The daytime symptoms will always be anxiety or of course fatigue. This is why the Body Calm Supreme was manufactured for our program.

We are providing a link for you to go directly to the Body Calm Supreme manufacturer’s page by clicking here. (New browser window will open to allow you to also remain on this site if needed) The manufacturer also offers a 30-day money back guarantee.

Anxiety During Daytime Along With Insomnia

If you have anxiety during the daytime along with insomnia you should include the regular Body Calm into your daily routine. The Body Calm will not make you tired or drowsy but will take the edge off the daytime anxiety. As needed during the daytime take 1 Body Calm Capsule every 2 to 4 hours.

Once you have handle the insomnia with the Body Calm Supreme and you are sleeping well, you can use the Body Calm as a sleep aid as well. The Body Calm at bedtime for sleep is completely different than the Body Calm Supreme.

When using the Body Calm for sleep you will be wondering if it is even going to work for you. The next thing you know it is the morning and you don’t remember even falling to sleep.

There are 120 capsules in each bottle of Body Calm as well so you will not be running out fast.

If you wind up and take sleep medications, bookmark this page into your favorites. We will be here to help you off the medication when the time comes and handle your insomnia then.

Again, The Road Back is a program used to assist individuals off sleep medication, anti-anxiety medication and antidepressants.

We would prefer that you never need us for our program by you handling the insomnia now.
